Through culturally grounded mentorship, practical tools, and transformative programs, we help young people break through barriers, discover their passions, and build the confidence to pursue higher education and meaningful careers.

For too long, talented and brilliant students in Newark have faced systemic challenges that limit their opportunities. We’re here to change that narrative  by offering the knowledge, resources, and support they need to rewrite their futures.
