Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations, event registrations, and merchandise purchases made through our website www.thebutterflyaffect.org.

1. Donations

All donations made to The Butterfly Affect are final and non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, donations are used immediately to support our mission-driven programming. If a donation was made in error or you believe there was fraudulent activity, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Event Registrations

If you register for a paid event hosted by The Butterfly Affect and can no longer attend:

• You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the event date. This may change depending on the type of event. Please view ticket details for most accurate information.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• If an event is canceled by The Butterfly Affect, all registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.

3. Merchandise

We accept returns for merchandise purchased through our Site within 14 days of the delivery date if the item is:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Returned with a valid proof of purchase

Please note:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
